Privacy Policy

Last updated: January 27, 2026

1. General Provisions

This Privacy Policy explains how Aperta Network processes personal data when users visit the website, interact with bots or applications, pay for plans, contact support, or use the service.

The Operator processes personal data only for defined service, security, support, payment, and legal compliance purposes. The English text is provided for convenience; if it conflicts with the Russian version, the Russian version prevails.

2. Data We Process

The Operator may process the following categories of data:

  • account and contact data, including email address, Telegram identifier, username, and public profile name where provided;
  • subscription and payment metadata, including plan, payment status, transaction identifiers, amount, date, and receipt information;
  • technical data, including IP address, connection timestamps, traffic volume, protocol version, device type, operating system, app version, diagnostic logs, and cookie data for website users;
  • support messages and information voluntarily provided by the user.

3. Processing Purposes

Personal data is processed to provide access to the service, authenticate users, manage subscriptions, process payments, issue receipts, provide support, send service notifications, diagnose technical issues, protect the infrastructure from abuse, improve quality, and comply with legal obligations.

Processing is based on performance of the agreement, user consent where required, legitimate technical and security needs of the service, and compliance with tax, accounting, and other applicable legal requirements.

5. Processing and Storage

The Operator uses technical and organizational measures intended to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure. Access to personal data is limited to what is necessary for service operation, support, payment processing, security, and legal compliance.

Because internet routing is distributed, technical data may pass through infrastructure located in different jurisdictions. Such processing occurs only as needed to transmit data and provide the service.

Data may be processed by hosting providers, payment processors, support tools, and other service providers only to the extent necessary for the stated purposes. Data may also be disclosed to public authorities where legally required.

6. Retention and Deletion

Data is retained only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required by law. Account data may be retained during the subscription term and for a reasonable period after termination for support, security, and dispute handling. Payment and receipt data may be retained for statutory accounting and tax periods. Technical logs are retained for the minimum period needed for diagnostics and security.

When retention is no longer required, data is deleted or anonymized where technically possible.

7. User Rights

Users may request confirmation of processing, access to their personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion or restriction where applicable, and withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent.

Requests should be sent to support@aperta-network.com. The Operator may ask for information necessary to verify the requester and process the request.

8. Policy Changes

The Operator may update this policy. The current version is published at https://aperta-network.com/docs/privacy. Continued use of the service after publication of an updated policy means that the user has reviewed the updated terms where applicable.
